TERMS OF ACCESS TO THE VIRTUAL SHOWROOM

Access to the Virtual Showroom of RES MODE S.r.l. is strictly restricted and subject to the following conditions:

Intellectual Property: All content available in this area (including, by way of example: bag designs, technical drawings, trend research materials, virtual prototypes, images, and renderings) is the exclusive property of RES MODE S.r.l. and is protected by national and international copyright and industrial property laws.

2. Confidentiality Obligation: The user agrees to maintain the strictest confidentiality regarding the information and models displayed. It is strictly prohibited to copy, download, reproduce, distribute, or share with third parties (including via social media or screenshots) any content from the Showroom without the express written authorization of RES MODE S.r.l.

3. Personal/Professional Use: Access is granted solely for professional evaluation purposes in view of potential commercial collaborations with RES MODE S.r.l.

4. Access Credentials: The credentials provided are personal and non-transferable. The user is responsible for safeguarding them.
