Renee Bertone
Co-founder and Business Development
My name is Renee, and I truly love what I do.
My journey began far from offices and meeting rooms: abroad, working in hospitality, learning every day what it means to understand people. Later, in commercial roles, I discovered how powerful it is to build relationships that last.
Today at RES mode, I represent the commercial department and guide each Brand throughout the entire collaboration process, creating a strong bridge between client and supplier. My approach blends attentive listening, expertise, and authenticity to create an environment of trust and transparency. In every project, I bring a smile, a solution, and a clear direction to follow.
Outside of work, I love traveling and discovering new cultures: an interest that perfectly mirrors the way I connect people, worlds, and perspectives. I like to think that this open mindset is what helps turn our relationships into true partnerships.
Francesca Menalli
Co-founder and Product Designer
My name is Francesca and creativity has always been part of who I am
After studying Fashion Design in Milan, I worked for several years in the apparel industry before moving into the world of leather goods. I love manual techniques, materials, and processes, everything that starts from the hands and takes shape with patience and care.
My curiosity and desire to experiment now live in RES mode, where I turn intuitions, needs, and ideas into clear and concrete paths. The travels and cultures I’ve experienced over the years have also become valuable tools for guiding each brand along its own journey.
I’m calm but determined, technical yet a dreamer, and I’m always moved by that moment when everything aligns and a collection finally finds its direction. At work, I also bring playful side, and I share it every day with the people I meet, in both projects and conversations: a smile that builds trust can make even complicated things feel clearer.
…And if a doubt ever remains, there’s nothing better than a drawing or a paper model, my favorite ways to let ideas speak.
Susanne Vezzoli

My name is Susanne. For me, creating goes beyond drawing: it’s know-how.”
I am the co-founder and designer of RES mode. I have a degree in Industrial Design from Politecnico di Milano, and creativity has been part of my life since I was a child.
Today, this energy lives within RES Mode, where I turn graphics, drawings, colors, shapes and materials into real projects for the Brands we work with.
My curiosity led me to study tailoring, an experience that gave me strong technical knowledge, where I still find inspiration when I solve design problems or when I need to imagine products that are aesthetically in line with client requests and also feasible.
I’m a dynamic person and started this new journey with a strong sense of adventure. I love travelling and everything concerning the Eastern world. In the company, I bring enthusiasm, practicality and experience. And not only that, a good sense of humor and also wittiness. I like to think that these qualities are reflected in how I work with our clients.
